NS98072820A1.jpg (86721 bytes)

Andere Bahngesellschaften andere Phylosophien.

Front view of NS IRM EMU departing from Amsterdam Centraal station in March 2000.

Note that these double-deck trainsets have automatic couplers at the ends, but conventional screw-couplers between the cars of a trainset.

There are 3-car and 4-car IRM units which can operate together in multiple traction just like the "Koploper" EMUs.
