| Krommenie-Assendelft Langste stationsnaam van Nederland. Sinds 10 december 2008 is het derde station in gebruikgenomen. Kenmerkend zijn geen eilandperron en een loopbrug plus open architectuur. Daarmee is het station uniek in Noordholland. Deze foto is overdag genomen vanaf de loopbrug met blik op normale sprinterset (2 x 3). Elke andere treinsamenstelling is een afwijkinig. |

All Dutch "Sprinter" EMU's are having their midlife revision this year. The new EMU's are designed for single person operation and therefore have doors which close automaticly after numerous seconds and also with an automatic whistle, which can be controlled from the cabin. Two unidentified EMU's are running a sprinter service from Uitgeest to Amsterdam Central and are photographed near Santpoort Zuid.
