All Dutch "Sprinter" EMU's are having their midlife revision this year. The new EMU's have a higher maximum speed of 140 km/h and are the first Dutch trains in over almost twenty year that do not have the standard yellow colour. Trainset 2944 and a second unit are here at Santpoort Zuid station with a sprinter service towards Amsterdam Central.
