On 13 November 2018 test use in passenger service started with the Sprinter New Generation (SNG) trains built by CAF in Spain. Trainsets 2711 (4-car) and 2315 (3-car) operate every 2 hours between Den Haag Centraal and Haarlem.

Second class interior. Floor height over the bogies is just a few cm higher than for the rest of the coach.
