Spitzke - The Netherlands Since 11 July 2005 Spitzke Spoorbouw BV, a subsidiary of Spitzke AG from Germany, has a licence to operate trains in The Netherlands. One of their first locomotives is 203.101, hired from Alstom. This locomotive was used by other track maintenance companies in The Netherlands before Spitzke hired it.
