VolkerRail - The Netherlands In 2020 track maintenance and construction company VolkerRail bought 3 electric locomotives class 1700 from NS. Locomotive 7178 (former NS 1778) is the first in service, in the VolkerRail livery. It is seen stabled in the freight yard of Amersfoort. Amersfoort, 4 April 2021
