As stated by Tobias B. Köhler, Bergen had a tramway system until 31.12.1965. The track section in Magnus Barfots gate (street) is a section of the original tram line no. 3, restored for the museum line. Only one original Bergen tram remains, no. 10 from the opening year of 1897.
This year the construction of a brand new tram system in Bergen will commence!
