Bulk freight-car of PKP 31 51 665 5 117. Oberhausen-West on 20th of January 2003. Foolowing my observation a third part of bulk-freight in the Ruhr-area is transportated with cars of PKP (nearest home-station around 600 km away)! Maybe many coals comes from Silesia (beside the coals from Australia and North-America via Rhine) and not anymore from the local mines...
