Arriva RP SA123-003 and SA106-014 will depart from Torun Gl. on a service to Bydgoszcz Gl., Poland, 07.05.2024. Designated as series SA123 (Pesa 401M type), this cab car is used as a driving trailer attached exclusively to railcars class SA106. Only five such vehicles were bulit by Pesa in 2009 to support the operation of the SA106 motor cars on many non-electrified lines in Kuyavia and Pomerania. Such a solution makes it cheaper for the carrier to run more econonomical services on local lines rather than coupling a passenger car to a SA106 railcar or even coupling two such units together.
