Since a derailment on the narrow gauge Tua line and plans for a reservoir that will flood the line. the trains only operate from Cachao to Mirandela, with a long minibus connection from Tua. Diesel motor car 9505 (type LRV-2000, built using parts of old Yugoslav trainsets) arrives at Cachao.
