<br>The car was used at the launch of the first Romanian model-locomotive (1:87). You won't see in regular traffic trains composed of non-modernised 060-DA locomotive and this type of car, because that type of locomotive do not have train heating or other type o electrical conduit for the car, so the air conditioning system (or heating, depending on season) cant be used (and the windows are sealed, so the passengers will be "cooked" inside literaly).
