CFR - Co'Co' class 47 Heavy shunting locomotive 47-0001-9 in Craiova station, 29/01/1997. Only one prototype of this class was delivered by Electroputere to the CFR in 1987 (according to other sources, 1984). It was fomerly numbered in class 45. It has always stayed in Craiova area, and is now out of service. AC supply: 25 kV 50 Hz; Continuous power: 1200 kW; Top speed: 80 km/h. Photo: M. Dorobantu, submitted by R.
