Locomotive 230.516 photographed at Mogosoaia shed in March 2013. The engine is sadly out of use. All the locomotive's plates were removed by the railway staff to prevent their theft by metal thieves. The plates are safely kept by the shed's management.

Locomotive 230.516 at Resita Sud on 15 September 2012. Behind the steam engine one can see the first Class 60 diesel-electric locomotive of CFR. Both worked a special organized to celebrate 140 years since the first steam locomotive was built at Resita. English speaking people should pronnounce "Resita" as "Reshitsa".
