Iasi has one of the biggest restoration workshops in Eastern Europe. Although never mentioned, many Austrian trams from the Mariazell museum have been restored here.

2 axle AEG car #1 at Copou on July 2001.
This is one of the first trams in service in Iasi since back in 1900. Rebuilt in 1998.
