The station of KRAGUJEVAC. In the second world war some people from Kragujevac
made a diversion on a military transport of the German occupation army near Lapovo, when
about 70 German soldiers were killed. Shortly after that diversion the German occupation army
killed in Šumarice near Kragujevac about 7000 people - adult men, teachers and pupils.

Der Bahnhof KRAGUJEVAC in Serbien, an der Bahnlinie:
Lapovo - Kragujevac - Kraljevo - Raska - Kosovo Polje - Skopje.
Im zweiten Weltkrieg übte eine Gruppe der Leute aus der Umgebung von Kragujevac
auf einen Militärzug bei Lapovo eine Diversion aus, wobei rund 70
deutsche Soldaten starben. Kurz danach totete die deutsche Besatzungsarmee
in Šumarice bei Kragujevac rund 7000 Menschen - erwachsene Männer, Professoren und
Schüler. Rund eine Woche später wurden in Kraljevo rund 4000 Menschen getötet.
