View from train 92 (Moskva - Severobajkalsk) stopping at Kirenga (on the Baikal Amur line between Ust-Kut and Severobajkalsk).
It's not fog, what you see on this picture, but smoke from a forest fire somewhere near.
We had smoke for about 50 km of the trip, together with the smell it was quite a strange experience.
