Seating car reservation Sankt Peterburg - Moskva issued to an international ticket. 
The international fare does not know a difference between ordinary seating car and businessclass (which is available on train 159). So my friend issued me
this reservation for a place in businessclass, which was quite nice (2+1 seating, dinner included, free newspapers).
The fare of the reservation was only about 3 EUR, and it was issued to an international ticket Sankt Peterburg - Russe (in Bulgaria) for about 38 EUR.
So I paid about 12 EUR for this trip (3 EUR + 1/4 of the ticket Sankt Peterburg - Russe.
Usual domestic fare for businessclass in this train is about 70 EUR, ordinary seating car costs about 45 EUR.
