ULJ - Sweden Former SJ standard gauge class T23 is very similar to narrow gauge class Tp, of which ULJ has one. They have acquired T23 125 from the strategic reserve for recovery of spare parts. It is placed on a narrow gauge transporter. Faringe, 27 June 2004 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |

ULJ - Sweden A busy scene in Marielund. The train with diesel locomotive Z4p 406 has waited for the arrival of the railbus train from Uppsala. This will be shunted away in a moment, such that the steam train from Almunge can enter the station. Only then the diesel train can depart towards Almunge and Faringe. Now this was a real surprise. We did not expect to come across what appears
to be an SJ narrow gauge line. Although we are not sure the class of the loco a plate
on the side indicated that it was made in 1956. This delightful loco and its wagons were
alongside the busy main line at Uppsala and was pictured on the 16th April 2004.
