'Googelt' man der Firma ein wenig hinterher, so findet man schnell heraus, dass das Bundesland Saarland mittelbar beteiligt ist. Wieso wird ein deutscher Waggon, der in Deutschland eingesetzt wird und einer deutschen Firma mit Beteiligung der öffentlichen Hand gehört, nicht im deutschen Rechtsraum und somit Verantwortlichkeit registriert?
