The first Tatra-tram as a historic vehicle in normal days stays in depot Poprad.

This picture was taken on my trip between 11 and 13 of May 2004.
The route was the following: Komárno - Bratislava - Kosice - Michalany - Humenne - Kysak - Margecany - Kosice - Poprad-Tatry - Vrútky - B.Bystrica - Filakovo

Historical electric motor car TEVD 22 and open coach of the Tatra Electric Tramway in front of the beautiful station of Stary Smokovec. This narrow gauge motor car was built in Hungary in 1913. 14/06/97.

EMU 26.001 in Poprad-Tatry.

1000-mm gauge Tatra Electric Railway was built 1908-1912. Varied old electric cars were used. One of the few historic vehicles preserved is this one. Although formerly postal car only, it was rebuilt "free-hand" to historic passenger vehicles. Anyway, it is very popular, and during summer season can be seen on tracks.
