The station of Sindorf on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren (ABS 4) seen from the western end on 15 February 2003. Next to the platform is the single track for the S-Bahn (urban trains), it branches to two tracks towards Horrem in the background. Between the S-Bahn and the two highspeed tracks the remains of the southern temporary platform are visible. The northern one is already removed. Before the S-Bahn went into service, all trains used the highspeed tracks, so platforms were neccessary. Digital photo by Christoph Schmitz

The station of Sindorf on the upgraded line Cologne-Düren (ABS 4) seen from the street on the south side on 20 February 2003. The signs show that there are two accesses to the platform (Bahnsteig), the staircase in the foreground for those who can climb it, and a ramp in the background for those who cannot (for example people in wheelchairs).
