Heritage cars of the Budapest Cogwheel Railway. The yellow-white "thing" to the left is an electric loco built by Ganz in 1928/29, now being renovated to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the electrification of the line. The green vehicle is an old passenger car built in 1874.

One old trainset of the Budapest cog-wheeel railway preserved and stored, locomotive 30 (built by SLM Winterthur and Ganz-Danubius in 1928-29) and its car 40 in Városmajor depot. Unfortunately with its old 550 V DC electric equipments not to be used under the new catenary voltage from 1973. 27.08.2004.

This is the depot of the cog-wheel railway, after the electrification. The trainsets are containing a loco and a one axle Rowan-car; which means, that the other end of the passenger car is supporting on the loco.
