L2 boogie-railcars build in 1908 belonging to origianl stock: this railcar has two engine 40 HP each, max speed 25 km/h and 56 seats.The mechanical component were manufacturd by Grazer Waggon-und Maschinenfabrik A.G in Graz while electric component provided A.E.G. Railcar L1 climb up to Stella halt. The adhesion section Collalbo-Soprabolzano is the remaining part of this old railway that once linked Bolzano (Piazza Walther) with the Renon plateau. The rack section from Bolzano Renon and L'Assunta was closed in 1966 and replaced by cable car.
