The rolling stock of the ÖBB-EC 765 (Bregenz -
Innsbruck). In front you see the 1st class compartment/open
coach Ampz 61 81 18-71 004-4.

ÖBB 61 81 18-71 014-3 Ampz [160|RIC]. This is a first class
Eurofima car with FIAT Y0270S bogies rebuilt to a combined open/compartment
first class car with the same interior as the Ampz 18-75. It just arrived
in Graz Hbf with the ÖBB-EC 669 "Steirisches Thermenland", together
with another first class car of the same type. 2003-01-16.

ÖBB 61 81 18-71 023-4 Ampz [160|RIC]. This is a first class
Eurofima car with FIAT Y0270S bogies rebuilt to a combined open/compartment
first class car with the same interior as the Ampz 18-75. It just arrived
in Graz Hbf with the ÖBB-EC 669 "Steirisches Thermenland", together
with another first class car of the same type. 2003-01-16.

ÖBB 61 81 18-71 023-4 Ampz [160|RIC]. This car has four business
compartments (on the left) and an open passenger area taking up the rest of
the interior. This is a photo composed of two shots with "Panorama Maker",
then "straightened" with Paint Shop Pro's Lens Correction filter (that
obliterated most of the text in the lower left hand corner, but at least
the car doesn't look like a bubble anymore.) Graz Hbf, 2003-01-16.

ÖBB-EC 668 "Steirisches Thermenland" before departure. The first
car is the Ampz 61 81 18-75 005-7, rebuilt from an ABmz 30-70.
The second car still has the livery of the 1990s. The train is not
complete yet; the locomotive with two empty/locked passenger cars and
one automobile transport car will be added in front. 2002-12-16.

First class car ÖBB Ampz 61 81 18-75 043-8, rebuilt from an ABmz 30-70.
The car consists of an open area (left) with seats that don't align with
the windows and four 4-seat business compartments (right). Note that the
first class stripe doesn't extend over all windows. This car has been
equipped with retention toilets, but with a top speed of 160 km/h and
single voltage power supply, it seems to be mostly for domestic Austrian
Intercity trains. It still has the original SGP V S bogies. Graz Hbf,

ÖBB Ampz 61 81 18-75 005-7 at the end of the ÖBB-EC
555 "MyElectric" from Wien Sübahnhof, which just arrived at
Graz Hbf. This train will depart again in the other direction as
ÖBB-EC 556 "Johann Nestroy". 2002-12-16.

ÖBB first class open coach Ampz 73 81 18-91 242-2. First built in early 1990
as Amz 73 81 18-91 002-0 (with eight six-seat compartments and one "manager
compartment"), rebuilt 1996 into Amz 73 81 19-91 042-5 (with nine six-seat
compartments), again rebuilt 2005 with open interior.

ÖBB first class open coach Ampz 73 81 18-91 242-2. This is one of the
coaches with MD522 bogies. Another car, the 73 81 18-91 235-4, has been
rebuilt in the same way, that one with SGP300 bogies. It is not clear
whether all 50 Amz73 coaches will be rebuilt in the same way.

ÖBB first class open coach Ampz 73 81 18-91 242-2, interior.
The entrance rooms and lavatories remain the same size, the seating area
is one room of almost 21 m length without any partitions. The seats (of
type Compin Auriga)
are the same as in other refurbished Ampz and ADmpsz coaches - not very
well aligned with the windows, so from some rows the view is not
particularly good.
