The Harz... a chronicle (en)

Times of Glory presents: steam, diesel, etc...

Many railway magazines mostly rely on "NEWS", and we too plan to specifically give such "NEWS" about the "life" of the motive power, the cars, and installations of the Harz narrow-gauge network, and build up a chronicle...

about steam locomotives, it is interesting to know about the service that they perform, how many km they run, their home depot, periods for overhauling in the RAW, heavy modernization jobs (like new boilers, new cylinders), etc...
same about diesel equipment, locomotives or railbuses, as well as cars...
and about station buildings or trackwork, there are many interesting opportunities too.
some "NEWS" and a chronicle about the people who run the whole could be interesting too ?

Currently, most of the following files are "open"... but, obviously, not all have some content yet !

Both support groups, i.e. I.G. Harzer Schmalspurbahnen e.V. and Freundeskreis Selketalbahn e.V., as well as HSB GmbH have agreed to help in this project and supply information.

Keep on-line with the steam locomotives, diesel motive power, cars, and fixed assets of "the Harz", and the people and the organizations which make it live...
